We want you to love your SKIMS, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags attached and liners in place for all intimates.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's journey back to our warehouse.
